We get it: waking up in the morning can be tough. But making your morning routine more productive is key for success.
Here are a few tips to having a happier and productive work day/week.
1) Wake Up Early
The early bird really does get the worm! Morning people are more productive because they’re getting a head start.
2) Meditate and Clear Your Mind
Research proves that meditation lowers anxiety levels and improves creative thinking, concentration levels, and physical health. Spend a few minutes being still with yourself. Focus on your breathing, and do not think. 15 minutes a day can change your life for the better.
3) Make a ‘To-Do’ List
The best way to get focused and organized is to write down everything you need to do today. It also frees brainspace that you’re better off using for more important things.
4) Eat a Full Breakfast/Work Out
Get the fuel you need to “conquer the day.” Whether it’s drinking a smoothie and/or running 2 miles on the treadmill, give your body the nutrients it deserve and get your heart pumping.
